RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY


 

We, the Dubai Trends team always consider our customer's satisfaction.


 

Return of item(s) accepted only when the item(s) received is of Different Color, Defective or Damaged.


 

Return request from customers will be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery of item(s).


 

If you want a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

 

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN, WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
